Descriptive nameComprehensive Plan Case History
File namecphist
Spatial domainPima County
AbstractCPHIST shows current and past Comprehensive Plan case history. A Comprehensive Plan amendment is a change to the current land use intensity. The Comprehensive Plan history shown in CPHIST tends to represent historical land use changes by annual plan amendments.

In addition to annual plan amendment polygons, this layer also contains some individual requests and staff-initiated changes to the Pima Prospers 2015 Plan Update.
Known errors/qualificationsCPHIST was created from review of case files, resolutions, and other historical documents. CPHIST contains many overlapping polygons, which portray the changes in planned land uses at a location over time. The history contained in CPHIST is not complete. Older historical changes are less complete than more recent historical changes. Boundaries--particularly for older changes--may have substantial inaccuracies due to land base changes.
