AbstractHCR2039 displays the boundaries of State Trust lands to be purchased for conservation under proposed bill HCR 2039. As of March 2007, this bill has not passed in either of the State legislative houses. Boundaries could change during the political process.

Specific conditions necessary for this bill to become effective should it pass include;

i)voter approval at the 2008 general election
ii)US congressional amendment to the Arizona-New Mexico Enabling Act by December 31, 2010. See more information.
