Maintenance descriptionNew distict improvement plan areas are added to the impdist geodatabase data layer on lightyear by James Gibson. X and Y coordinates and extent information are derived and created by a model process programmed by Elisabeth vanderLeeuw which also creates the shapefile on gislib. It's maintained in the Enterprise Geodatabase, and therefore we list the maintenance format as GDB Spec Export since it's exported by a special process for this layer.

Trigger: Feature class edits cause a database trigger to do post-edit processing, including calculating the URL field value from other feature fields.
