Maintenance descriptionNew improvement plans are added to the imppln geodatabase data layer on lightyear by Linda Sargarnaga. X and Y coordinates are derived and created by a model process programmed by Elisabeth vanderLeeuw which also creates the shapefile on gislib. It's maintained in the Enterprise Geodatabase, but we list the maintenance format as shape since it's exported by a special process for this layer.

Trigger: Feature class edits cause a database trigger to do post-edit processing, including calculating the URL field value from other feature fields.
