Lineage		This layer was created by dissolving the pt08nsct "Pictometry 2008 Neighborhood Sectors" layer to show just the outer boundary of the project. Previously, this layer was made from pt08sor1 the 1-meter orthophoto sectors which extended slightly beyond true neighborhood sectors extents, presumably due to the photos extending slightly beyond the sector boundaries.
