Lineage		This layer was created by selecting all Pictometry 2018 planned sectors from the ptnsectp layer using where "PLAN2018" <> 'EXCLUDED' as the selection criteria. Fields that were not needed were deleted. The RESOLUTION field was added using '9-inch' for PLAN2018 field values ITD_9, PTFILL_9 and RFCD_9. All other records were set to '3-inch'. This layer could have also been made by exporting it from the Pictometry Sector Planner program as was done for the 2008 project. See the pt08nsct metadata lineage.
