| Abstract | This layer supports the 'Provisional' Southwest Regional Landcover from the USGS National Gap Analysis Program display on MapGuide maps. Due to the size and density of the base SWReGAP layer it is displayed on MapGuide as both a vector layer when zoomed in and from an image when zoomed out. This swregapl layer's sole purpose is to be able to provide a pseudo layer in the MapGuide legend with the base layer's color theming when the map is actually displaying the image source data. This swregapl layer does this by having 35 very small polygons, each with one of the theme value attributes to be used in the legend. The polygons are very small and placed in the southwest corner of the county, making them invisible for all practical purposes. | |
