GIS data pricing for commercial use is as follows:
Parcel layer (paregion): $5,000
Streets layer (stnetall): $1,500
All other layers are priced by shapefile size, with most of them falling into the $50 to $100 range:

GIS data layers may also be licensed by PLSS section at the rate of $10 per section per layer, with a 5 section minimum per layer.
As stated in the license agreement
, licensed users may download updated copies of licensed layers
for a period of one year from the time of purchase.
After the one-year period expires, they have the option to continue using the data as-is, or re-license the data for another year.
