Assessor Record Maps are linked from Assessor Parcel Detail pages like this page. Click on the "Images" link to see available documents. then select "Section Map Image" for the Assessor's Record Map. The "Property Record Card" is also available on this images page.

To see the Assessor Parcel Detail page with the "Images" link for a parcel:

• If you have our GIS parcel detail information page for one parcel like this page, then click on the Assessor Parcel Detail link.

• For a tabular parcel search use the Assessor's Parcel Search to find one or more parcels by taxpayer name or parcel code. You can also use the Assessor's Advanced Search to search by property address, Subdivision, Recorded Docket, or Public Land Survey System (PLSS).

• If you prefer to find a parcel on a map, use the Main MapGuide Map to find a parcel. Double-click on the parcel to see our GIS parcel detail information page like this page. Then click on "Assessor Parcel Detail" to see the Assessor's page for the parcel.

Assessor Record Maps are also stored by PLSS section or township. See Information Stored by PLSS Section or Township to enter township, range and section numbers and list available data.

Assessor Record Maps Formats

• DWG format (AutoCAD drawing format) is for computer drawn maps. See Viewing AutoCAD DWG Files.

• TIFF format is used for scanned paper maps or maps converted from DWG format. See Viewing TIFF Images.
