Abstract		dev_plan displays the boundaries of development plan/development permit areas in Pima County.
Known errors/qualifications		Three categories of development plans are represented in dev_plan: Pima County development permits, historical Pima County development plans, and development plans of jurisictions other than Pima County. These categories of development plans are each represented as separate GIS layers; dev_perm, dev_hist, and dev_corp; derived from dev_plan by a GDB special export process. These derived layers are currently used to display development plans on the Pima County online maps rather than the parent layer dev_plan.

Lineage		02/09/2015- AA_STATUS and AA_DATE fields were added for Accela. 06/03/2015- Field IS_PDF was removed. 07/10/2015- The Accela Automation fields AA_ALT_ID, AA_STATUS, and AA_DATE are populated from a joined SQL table of Accela Planning Records.

Maintenance description		When images for new or revised development plans become available, the dev_plan feature class in the gdbmaint geodatabase is edited by Pima County ITD GIS to represent those changes. These manual edits are performed on an as needed basis. Nightly, a GDB special export autoprocess generates three derived layers from dev_plan: dev_perm, dev_hist, and dev_corp.
