AbstractFK_ZONEX shows areas of shallow 100-year floodplain (ZONE X - SHADED) with identified subclassifications for areas within unincorporated Pima County. Areas in this layer should have identical exterior boundaries to the area of ZONE X - SHADED polygons in the fp_dfirm layer.

This layer is based on the 1999 release of the Digital FIRM
data by FEMA. Updates to this data have been applied up to June 16th, 2011.
Known errors/qualificationsBased on fp_dirm which is a composite of FEMA Maps with different scales and years.

Coverage format users must filter out interior island polygons create by coversion to coverage format, typically using xsubclss <> '
