Abstract		HLTH_FAC displays the location of hospitals, community health centers, and other health care facilities in Pima County based on information provided by the Pima County Department of Institutional Health. Fields define whether a facility is a licensed hospital, federally qualified healthcare center (FQHC), rural health clinic, or a facility with health professional shortages (HPSAs) in one of three classes (primary care, dental, or mental). See more information.
Known errors/qualifications		This layer contains proposed health facilities at the time this layer was created in 2007. See "more information" link in abstract. Not all health care facilities have been included in this representation. As more information is gathered by the Pima County Department of Institutional Health, additional facilities may be added to this layer.
