Abstract		parvacpc is a subset of the layer parcpima and displays those parcels within Pima County that are owned by Pima County government, have a valid taxcode as assigned by the Assessor, and have been determined to be vacant based on Arizona Dept. of Revenue property use codes.
Known errors/qualifications		Ownership was inferred by analysis of the MAIL* (owner) fields of the Assessor's records and is only as accurate as this process. Vacant status is inferred by selecting parcels from the layer parcpima for which Arizona Dept. of Revenue property use codes indicate vacant property. This layer includes interior (island) polygons. Since the source format is coverage, both coverage, shapefile and geodatabase users must filter our these interior polygons using a filter such as PARCEL <> ' '
