Abstract		prot_bnd is a subset of the preserve layer. prot_bnd may be used as a part of a base map of reference areas. The features in prot_bnd are selected to be appropriate for such use. prot_bnd has interior polygons, inholdings and right-of-way missing areas filled in. The prot_bnd layer can be used in conjunction with jurisbnd, ind_nat and a subset of the park_rec layer to simulate the old limjuris (Jurisdictions) layer for display purposes on MapGuide or other maps.

Lineage		12/3/10 received new boundary for East part of Goldwater Gunnery Range from Chris Black at USAF Luke. Justin Goering at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma sent link to Tiger/Line file for military installations for 2009. This provided West Range. Merged the two ranges and filled in the gaps between the two by moving the West boundary to meet the East. I also filled in gaps between the Cabeza Prieta to the south to move the border to meet the north.
