| Abstract | Pictometry uses a grid of approximately one-mile square areas called "sectors" that define a project area. pt16sor9 displays individual 9-inch orthophoto tiles areas where each ortho tile covers a square area consisting of one full sector approximately one mile square. The tiles defined by this layer represent the areas covered by each of the 9-inch resolution orthophotos in JPG format in the Pictometry 2016 data "AZPIMA16-TILES-9INCH" directory. This pt16sor9 layer has been appended with pt16sor3 to make pt16sor39. | |
| Known errors/qualifications | While these pictometry sectors are approximately 1 mile square, they are not based on PLSS sections and are offset considerably from the PLSS section grid. | |
