Abstract		pt_grid shows the complete Pictometry project grid for Pima County and 10 miles beyond. This grid was introduced with the 2020 Pictometry project and serves the same basic function as the Pictometry Sector Grid (ptnsects) does for Pima County Pictometry projects up through 2018. pt_grid shows the entire possible grid and does not represent the area covered by any particular Pictometry project. While the pt_grid tiles are approximately 1/4 square mile, they are not PLSS quarter-sections and are not coincident with PLSS section boundaries.
Known errors/qualifications		The provided TILELABEL field uses only the 5 leading characters of the X coordinate. PCLABELZ is the preferred label (or ID) field for Pima County's use as the value's true coordinates and are left padded with 0's so the field values are all the same length. Use TILELABEL field values when working with Eagleview.

Lineage		The grid was generated by Eagleview as a "fishnet" and received as AZ_Pima_County_Buffered10Mi_Fishnet.shp. Pima County GIS calculated new TILEXNUM, TILEYNUM, PCLABEL and PCLABELZ from the provided TILEXCOORD and TILEYCOORD fields in order to have numeric tile coordinate values and labels that use all significant digits of the coordinates. This differs from the the provided TILELABEL field that uses only the 5 leading characters of the X coordinate. PCLABELZ is the preferred label (or ID) field for Pima County's use as the values are left padded with 0's so the field values are all the same length.
