Maintenance descriptionGDM / EIM recieves a memorandum. The memorandum is scanned in by EIM and input into the document management system. Jody in GDM inputs the spatial extent of the roads accepted for maintenance in the 'rdmaint' feature class in the geodatabase / including the necessary attributes. The roads accepted for maintenance report code link the document to the spatial feature.

Trigger: Feature class edits cause a database trigger to do post-edit processing, including calculating the URL field value from other feature fields.
