Abstract		Rezon shows current and past rezoning and conditional zoning. The rezoning is the change to zoning at a location that is made due to a prior condition; the rezoning shown in rezon tends to represent historical zoning. Conditional Zoning is where there are conditions on a location that must be fulfilled prior to the issuance of development permits. The conditional zoning shown in rezon tends to be the most recent rezoning activity at a location.
Known errors/qualifications		In addition to Conditional/Rezoning Case polygons, the layer also contains some Zoning Plan polygons, and some Specific Plan polygons. These are coded as ZP and SP in the zoning fields. As rezon was created from a set of overlapping AutoCAD layers, it contains many overlapping polygons, which portray the changes of zoning at a location over time. The zoning history contained in rezon is not complete. The older zoning history is less complete than the more recent zoning history. Boundaries of zoned areas in the older history may have substantial inaccuracies due to land base changes.

Lineage		The Zoning AutoCAD section drawings were appended together, zoning history (ZON_HIST#) layers 1-7 were each queried and saved as separate DWGs, the seven history layer DWGs were imported into a FGDB, the existing Condzn layer was also imported, the FGDB history layers plus condzn were appended as rezon in the FGDB, additional data was joined from rezoning_be.mdb. Rezon was then migrated from FGDB to enterprise geodatabase.

Maintenance description		When rezoning or conditional zoning changes occur, Development Services Planning personnel perform the needed edits to the Rezon feature class in the enterprise geodatabase. The overnight library process updates the Rezon shapefile in the GIS Library from the updated feature class. 02/09/2015- Ray Brice added AA_STATUS and AA_DATE fields to dev_plan for Accela 04/16/2015- Pima County ITD GIS staff modified domain values and updated field values for CASE_TYPE field for integration with Accela automation
