Abstract		stclref is just a few representative roads for display as spatial reference at a county-wide scale. It could be called "Major Major Street Network" because it has so few roads, but some aren't major roads, just the most prominent in the area.
Known errors/qualifications		stclref was developed for the MapGuide initial view of the county, although it can be used on other maps. stclref was originally a shapefile, then maintained in an enterprise GDB, and now back to shapefile maintenance. The last shapefile derived from the enterprise GDB became the source for the current shapefile in May, 2019.
