Known errors/qualifications		The annotation is not centered in the plan area, but rather each plan's number annotation is placed at several locations along streets in the plan area. Then enables users to identify all plans in the area when plan areas overlap.

Then exports the text to an annotation feature class in a file geodatabase and exports the file database to the County.
