The Pima County Assessor has a
Reference Data section
in their Downloads area that includes a
UCodes.zip file
containing their Ucodes.csv file.
The Ucodes.csv file is a list of 4-digit Use Code values (without leading zeros) with Secondary Type and Primary Type Definitions.
You may find this simple list easier to work with than the Property Use Code Manual.
CSV (Comma Separated Values) files, sometimes called comma delimited files, are a common interchange format between software programs.
The files may open automatically in your web browser. Or,
the files can be saved and imported into programs such as Access, Excel, Word, dBASE or other software than understands CSV format.
