Property in this/these district(s)/area(s) may have been purchased directly from the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserved easements for roads and utilities along the entire length of one, two or three sides of each original tract. The easement(s) are either 50, or 33 feet in width on each property, and are under the jurisdiction of the local government, as public, legal roads and access. Public roads are subject to local laws and regulations, including a requirement for Pima County Right of Way Use Permits for all work in the easements under County jurisdiction.
