If you are using COT1 CORS data for static, rapid-static, or other post processing of GPS survey data in conjunction with any of the GPS Control Points, do not use the point positions provided by the NGS on their Datasheets or in their Rinex2 observation file for COT1.
The NGS adjusts and updates the positions of the CORS and HARN frequently, adding an Epoch designation whenever this is done. They currently publish the (1997) positions. The GPS Control Points (1992) are not included in this adjustment and will not be for the foreseeable future. Also, the NGS does not readily provide positions for previous Epochs. The position for COT1 that is provided below was determined during the same survey as the GPS Control Points and is of the same accuracy and Epoch (1992.)
