|Cls_spp is an overlay of the Conservation Lands System displaying a composite of the lands designated as Pygmy-owl recovery areas August 2002, Spotted Owl Critical Habitat & Southwestern Willow Flycatcher Critical Habitat. See more information.
|Cls_spp is intended to be used as an overlay to CLS/CLS_EPC.
This layer (coverage AND shapefile) has interior (island) polygons. All display must use SPECIAL_SP = 'YES' to filter out the interior polygons.

|Changed maintenance format to shape and merged two contiguous features representing pygmy owl management area. Previously, the feature near the Silverbell Mine was not attributed. Research determined it was not a GIS island and was part of the 2003 CFPO Draft Recovery proposal.
