LineageThis layer was first created by projecting ALL2016.SHP shapefile from Pictometry at contract planning time to our GIS Library projection and dissolving the layer on the PLANNED field that identifies the resolution.

The layer was subsequently replaced to include added RFCD areas by dissolving the PT16NSCT layer on the RESOLUTION field. The result shows just the outer boundaries of the overall project 3 inch and 9 inch areas.
