Abstract		stlinbar displays line barriers for routing purposes. Each line represents a permanent or temporary barrier to street through traffic. Each line feature contains an attribute RESTRTYP, indicating whether through traffic is restricted by gates, difficult road terrain, washes, temporary (e.g. road construction), or other. "Other" indicates that the barrier is impassable until further notice (e.g large boulders, etc.).
Known errors/qualifications		The accuracy of this layer is dependent on information sent to GIS regarding updates on the presence of current or newly added barriers, or the removal of barriers.
